What is Divakar Yoga?

Who is Yonatan?

Yonatan Shemesh was born and raised on Kibbutz Amiad in the upper Galilee in Israel. He began his Yoga practice in 1980. He was so deeply moved by the yoga path that he traveled to India to live at an ashram, studying hatha yoga as well as other forms of yoga.
